You can use it in 32 million locations worldwide and 430 000 in Australia. It's safe to say you shouldn't have any trouble using your card.
Making a payment on my Virgin Credit Card
Regardless of who you bank with, you can transfer funds from your cheque or savings account to make a payment on your Card. When asked, simply enter the Virgin biller code and your credit card account number as your reference number.
Increasing the limit
Virgin want you to always have a credit limit which is suitable to what you need but doesn't get you into hot water. Call Virgin on 1800 080 000 if you have had your Virgin Credit Card for 6 months or more
Getting an additional Virgin Credit Card Holder
You can nominate an additional cardholder on your card for free. That lucky person must be over the age of 16 for you to be able to shares the joys.
Virgin Credit Card Internet Banking
When you activated your card you would have been registered for internet banking. If you have forgotten your password or user name please Virgin on 1800 080 000.
Balance Transfer
Give your other store/credit cards the flick and transfer your balance to your Virgin Credit Card to take advantage of our introductory transfer rate of 0% p.a.
Virgin Credit Card Security
At Virgin they do all they can to protect you from credit card fraud.
They have people working around the clock monitoring our card using a world-class fraud detection system. If they notice anything suspicious we will try to contact the card holder directly to check it out – if they can't contact you, they may put a temporary block on your card until we can contact you to check it out.
